Michelle Rouse Dearing

Principal Broker, Owner

Michelle had her first brush with real estate during college, when she had a summer job working in model homes for a large builder in Dallas. She loved it, but she would take a big detour before finding her way back again.

She earned her BS/BA in Accounting and went to work for J.B. Hunt Transport for ten years. She loved her job, but as a single mother she wanted a career that allowed her more flexible time with her sons. She joined her parents’ mortgage company, and eventually got her real estate license so she could help a friend. This opened the door for a full-time position with one of Arkansas’ premier real estate companies. There she had the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business.

Michelle’s aim is to connect her clients to the community she loves, and that passion for connecting with people drove her to strike out on her own to start Midtown Associates.

Michelle moved around a lot, and never had a place that felt like home until she moved to Northwest Arkansas nearly 25 years ago. Her family lives nearby, and she loves to spend time with her two sons and her “grand-pug.” She calls herself an “obnoxious Hog fan” and loves wine tastings and learning about wine and culinary pairings, as well as taking in live music. She loves traveling and exploring new areas, but when all is said and done, she loves returning home to Northwest Arkansas.

until he was hired on as a camp counselor. From there he worked his way up to managing the numerous golf courses in Bella Vista. After seeing what his aunt, Michelle Dearing, was doing with Midtown Associates, he knew he wanted to take his passion for people and the NWA community and apply it to real estate.

Ace loves every type of outdoor activity from camping to floating, to golf and disc golf. When he’s not outside at one of his favorite spots like the Bella Vista golf courses, Beaver Lake, or Roaring River, he can be found all around town from restaurants to the Farmer’s Market to First Fridays. Just look for the guy with the infectious smile on his face!
