Michelle Rouse Dearing
Principal Broker, Owner
Michelle had her first brush with real estate during college, when she had a summer job working in model homes for a large builder in Dallas. She loved it, but she would take a big detour before finding her way back again.
She earned her BS/BA in Accounting and went to work for J.B. Hunt Transport for ten years. She loved her job, but as a single mother she wanted a career that allowed her more flexible time with her sons. She joined her parents’ mortgage company, and eventually got her real estate license so she could help a friend. This opened the door for a full-time position with one of Arkansas’ premier real estate companies. There she had the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business.
Michelle’s aim is to connect her clients to the community she loves, and that passion for connecting with people drove her to strike out on her own to start Midtown Associates.
Michelle moved around a lot, and never had a place that felt like home until she moved to Northwest Arkansas nearly 25 years ago. Her family lives nearby, and she loves to spend time with her two sons and her “grand-pug.” She calls herself an “obnoxious Hog fan” and loves wine tastings and learning about wine and culinary pairings, as well as taking in live music. She loves traveling and exploring new areas, but when all is said and done, she loves returning home to Northwest Arkansas.

Rebecca is not only a fantastic real estate agent, but also a science teacher at Fulbright Junior High. She feels lucky to have two careers that she is passionate about and which complement each other. She became interested in real estate ten years ago,
but didn’t pursue it because she didn’t want to leave teaching. After a conversation with Michelle Dearing, she realized she could have the best of both worlds! Rebecca loves meeting new people and helping them find that one home that fits all their desires. Her favorite moment is seeing people’s faces light up with pride and joy when she hands them the keys to their new home.
Rebecca may be a part-time agent, but she works circles around most full-time agents. Her work ethic and love for her clients will make her their real estate agent for life.
Rebecca lives in Bentonville with her husband and three kids. When they aren’t soaking up all the family time they can get, she and her husband love walking the trails together and taking in live music, especially at local restaurants.
