If you’ve been to Midtown Associates, you know that we have an art gallery right in our office. In fact, we purposely designed our office to feel like a gallery and be ideal for viewing art.

It turns out that the gallery within another business is something of a Bentonville phenomenon – so much so that the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal featured us in their October 2 issue, along with a wide variety of other businesses like Café 211, First National Bank of NWA, and the Two25 Gallery & Wine Bar.

This is one of the things we love about our dynamic and self-starting community in NWA. With no commercial art galleries (yet), but a growing sense of art appreciation, and of course art tourism thanks to Crystal Bridges, many local businesses have simply integrated art into their spaces.

For us, creating the Gallery at Midtown is not just about making our clients feel welcome and comfortable in our office (though we hope it does that). The gallery has also been a way to connect with both art creators and art lovers, and to introduce superb local artists to the community. We think that especially for clients who are relocating here, a connection to local art can be a great start to a connection to the whole community.

Feel free to stop by anytime during office hours to see our gallery. The current featured artist is Jaquita Ball (who is also our curator), and she rotates our exhibitions every two to three months. You can also get gallery updates, including upcoming new artist receptions, by following the Gallery at Midtown on Facebook.
