Both Hot Springs and Eureka Springs have made the national lists whether for beauty or tourism as best places to live in Arkansas. However, Rogers, Arkansas just made the top 15 for “Best Place to Live in America” by financial magazine, “Money” and “Realtor.com.”
The study looked at education, income, job growth, along with other factors to determine which places are best. Let’s see what makes Rogers so special?

Nearly 90% of adults have a high school diploma, much higher than the state’s 78%. In addition to high employment and income average, the expected job growth is an impressive 7.82% (from 2017-2022).
Although Rogers is a sizable city with 2017 estimated population at 66,430,000 residents, it’s small vibe was one of the things that made it stand out over other locations!
The most unconventional criterion was the number of clear days per year, which happens to be 218. This means visitors have a 60% chance of nice weather while exploring Hobbs State Park, Beaver Lake, Lake Atlanta, or War Eagle Mill.
