In 2018, home sales were over $414M in Bentonville. The average home price was around $275,000. The average price/square foot was around $120. The area grew 11% in home sales in just 2018.

Now that we’ve seen how many people live here and how much homes are in this real estate market, let’s see why people love to call Bentonville home.

There are so many amazing restaurants- new and older in this area. I am going to give you some of my favorites for each meal!

Breakfast: The Buttered Biscuit if you are wanting a healthy start to the day or some amazing comfort food- this is the place to go. They have great coffee and food. My favorite is the Goat Trail Omelet.

Lunch: For lunch, I like to have ethnic food. There is a large variety from Indian to Thai to Vietnamese. Here are my go-to choices: Miss Saigon Pho, Thai Kitchen, or Flavors Indian Cuisine.

Dinner: My favorite dinner spot is Pedalers Pub. When the weather is nice, you can ride your bike there and sit outside on the patio. They have live music, great pizza, and cold drinks. The staff is super friendly as well! I recommend starting with the bowl of loaded fries (my kids favorite!) and then either having The Pedaler’s favorite salad or the Italian pizza!

Bentonville is home to great activities for all people. I am going to highlight some of my favorite venues. I’ll do another blog because there is not enough space to add all my favorites!

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art: From the moment you visit this amazing museum, you’ll be taken in by the architecture, the fantastic art and the delicious restaurant. There is something for everyone to enjoy here- even a space for the kids to explore and create.

Walmart Museum: I am a huge fan of Sam Walton and the business he created. This is a great interactive museum where you can learn the history of the Walton family and Walmart. My favorite part of the museum is the “return” display and Sam’s old truck. Be sure to stop by Spark Café for some Woo Pig Chewy ice-cream after your tour of the museum!

Bike Trails: Bentonville has some amazing road and mountain bike trails. If you enjoy feeling the wind in your hair while getting some exercise, check out the trails. My favorite is the Bentonville portion of the Razorback Greenway. This portion takes you through downtown, Compton Gardens and by Bentonville High School.

Skylight Theater: If you just want to relax, take time to sit back in comfort and watch the latest movies at this state-of-the-art theater. The main theaters have reclining chairs with full food and drink menus. I’ve always enjoyed going to the theater, and Skylight makes it better than ever!
